Auto Body NJ

It is really unfortunate when you get into an accident and need to get body work done,. It can be time consuming and expensive. This is a big job and you want to make sure that it is done right. Here are some tips to finding the right shop to perform NJ auto body work to your car:

  • Ask for recommendations. There are probably dozens of body shops in your area. You more than likely know someone who has been in a car accident. Ask around to see who they used and if they were satisfied with the work performed.
  • Ask for an estimate. While there is a set amount of hours that garages can legally charge you for, each garage can charge whatever they would like for each hour. Larger body shops will likely need to charge higher hourly rates to pay employees and utilities.
  • Consider the warranty. Different places offer different warranties. A one year warranty should be the bare minimum. Also check with your insurance provider. You may be able to get better warranties through them.

Hopefully these tips can help you find the auto body shop in NJ that is right for you. If you would like any more information on any of our services, contact Ridgewood Vehicle Co Inc.
